How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments may be scheduled by using our scheduler online, emailing to info@mtnvalleylotus.com or by calling (802) 560-4775. The online scheduler can be found here on the website, on Facebook or at Vagaro.

 

Where are you located?

We are located at 26 North Main Street in Waterbury, VT. The studio can be accessed through the front door facing Main Street, and directly to your left once you reach the top of the stairs.

 

What should I do if I need to cancel an appointment?

If you need to cancel, please call or email us as soon as possible. We do ask for 24 hours notice to avoid any cancellation charges.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, personal check, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

 

What should I wear to my appointment?

You should feel free to wear whatever is comfortable for you to the appointment. Once you have your consultation with Victoria, for most massages you will be encouraged to dress down to your comfort level. By dressing down you will gain the most benefit from your massage. You will be professionally draped at all times and you will be alone in the room for any required changing before and after the massage. If you would prefer to remain clothed, please inform your massage therapist and arrangements can be made.

 

What else should I expect during my visit?

You can expect a professional and comfortable experience. Victoria will check in with you throughout the massage to ensure that the massage is everything you expect.

 

Are you ADA accessible?

Sorry, we are located on the second floor of the building with only stairs to access the room.
